Inspired Decluttering Quiz
Can you identify with the following?

For some people a book or technique may prove sufficient, many of my clients need a different kind of support in order to meet their goals.

Uncovering your patterns that lead a cluttered home and life will help you to not only let go of the physical clutter, but the  repetitive thoughts that lead to a cluttered atmosphere in the first place.

Do any of these thoughts sound familiar?

  1. I can’t let anyone see this mess.

  2. I will have someone over AFTER I clean up.

  3. I can’t stand the way this place looks.

  4. Why am I so slow?

  5. I hate my space.

  6. What is wrong with me?

  7. Why can’t I do this on my own?

  8. I am such a slob.

  9. I am messy I have ALWAYS been messy.

  10.  I hate myself for not being able to control this.

Do any of these rationalizations sound familiar?

  1. I don’t have enough time

  2. It’s too hard.

  3. There is too much stuff.

  4. My place is too small.

  5. I am too tired.

  6. It’s too much work.

  7. It was so expensive I can’t just give it away.

  8. A family member or friend gave it to me.

  9. I am being disloyal if I give this away.

  10.  I may need or fix it one day.

These are all thoughts, that are based in shame. The scarcity and shame focus can lead to  lack of intimacy and isolation. They perpetuate the clutter cycle. If you find yourself identifying with many of the above, working with a coach on your clutter can provide the life changing breakthrough needed to create the space and freedom you crave.
